"When people seek to know and do the will of God, many aks the question, What is God's will for my life? A seminary professor of mine, Dr. Gaines S. Dobbins, used to say, "If you ask wrong questions you are going to get wrong answers." Sometimes we assume that every question is a legitimate question. When we pursue an answer and always come up wrong, we cannot figure out what is happening. Always check to see if you have asked the right question before you pursue the answer.

What is God's will for my life?- is NOT the right question. I think the right question is, What is God's will? Once I know God's will, then I can adjust my life to Him. In other words, what is it that God is purposing where I am. Once I know what God is doing, then I know what I need to do. The focus needs to be on God, not my life!

And we want our information now too.

God’s wisdom is seen by His grace, which provides us a way out of our sinful nature, by the means of redemption. This was His choice, His decision, for His glory. God works by choosing us and then, God gives us the means to carry out His plan. In knowing God’s Will, whatever decision or dilemma you face, relationships, money, career or whatever… you can rest assured that God has an example and advice for you to follow.

Confirmation, How to Follow by Faith. Life seems like putting together a puzzle without looking at the picture on the box. In knowing God’s Will we pray and hope we are doing it right, but sometimes its like working in the dark. God's will is a mystery; there is no doubt about it. Confronted by either an employment choice, place to live, who will I marry or which socks shall I wear, we decide from the major to the minor: Yet, most of us have learned there is no easy process to automatically know what God is thinking. Mainly because we clutter our minds with all of our own desires so God’s seem to be pushed aside.

i don''t know but it seems to me after reading all this that God's Will is individual for everyone of us and that we should surrender ourselves to Him ..then we will be able to accomodate in God's will..
